1. Before filling out an application, please schedule an appointment with us to tour the unit you are interested in (click here to schedule). We want to meet you and make sure you like the unit before considering your application.


2. After you have had a chance to see the unit and decided you are interested in living there, please review the following criteria to maximize your chances of getting approved:
  • Current valid photo identification and social security number
  • Monthly household income greater than three times the rent (all income must be from a verifiable source)
  • Positive references from current and past landlords
  • No evictions or unpaid judgements
  • Credit score of 600 or greater
  • Non-smoker
If you don't meet all of the criteria, you won't be disqualified automatically, but let us know so we can discuss your situation.


3. Click the button below to fill out our application form on Innago.
4. You can expect​ our application review process to take 1-2 days, after which we will reach out to you.


5. If you've been approved, congratulations! The next step is to sign your lease. This can be done online through Innago. 


6. The final step is to get your keys. We require the first full month's rent and deposit at move in. (We will pro-rate the second month's rent if you move in during the middle of the month.)
