If this is an urgent maintenance request that can't wait, please call 903-287-0611. Urgent maintenance issues include the following:

• Broken water line or flooding
• Broken gas line or leak
• Broken lock on your door
• Fire in the apartment (call the fire department first at 911)
• Full loss of power not related to typical power outage
• No heat in freezing weather
• Sewer back-up that is flooding the apartment
• Anything that prohibits you from safely occupying the apartment or is potentially life-threatening
